I was at a restaurant this week having lunch when one of my molar crowns popped off. My teeth are sensitive so I could feel my exposed root. I immediately did a search for a dentist in the Biltmore District on Camelback Rd. I called Arizona Biltmore Dentistry and asked if they could get me in quick to glue my crown back on. The front desk was very professional and empathetic and told me to come in the next day (which was a Saturday) at 7:00 am. I was so relieved!! My experience in the dentist chair was above my expectation -- they took a couple of x-rays, cleaned my crown and glued it back in place. Since this was my first visit there after leaving my home town dentist of 30 years -- I was nervous to say the least. It took less than 1 hour and they only charged me $50. I highly recommend them!read less

Additionally, if you have off-hours emergencies, they have a triage line you can call for advice. I’ve used this twice, and it’s been super helpful. If you’re looking for a new dentist, look no further!!!read less

Alfredo, Gretchen, and Dr. Cha are really nice, funny, and made me feel comfortable. I was really scared going in thinking I had to get dentures but they reassured me that with 2 cavities that I wouldn’t need to. They also brought two friendly receptionists up to me to explain the costs of my next appointment which I really appreciate from a financial standpoint because jail was starting to sound like a good option with their free dental. A huge thanks to everyone there and I’ve officially made them my main dental provider!read less

Melinda was my dental hygienist and I swear I have never gotten a better dental cleaning in my life. There is a difference between being good and being great and Melinda is great. She does not clean for the sake of cleaning and takes pride in her cleaning and is very meticulous in her metrics pre and post procedure and gave me many helpful hints on maintaining dental hygiene. Her sense of humor kept the visit enjoyable. And I can not but compliment Dr. Michael Hood for his thoroughness. With the aid of images he showed me exactly the problem areas and how his care would help with restoration. Lastly, Carol at the front desk is stellar in providing top notch customer service and taking care of all patient issues. The dental office is a lively place.
