Brittany, a dental hygienist, made me feel more than comfortable, was extremely thorough, and had a great personality. Saturday’s work best for me but since she typically works Monday thru Thursday, I am willing to take a day off for my next cleaning to ensure I have her as my tech. I’m thankful they made me feel comfortable, and will be going back for many years. Thank you guys so much!read less

My hygienist, Omar, was very personable, made my cleaning a breeze, and generally made the whole experience relaxed. When I finally made the appointment, I was impressed with the professionalism and concern of the staff. They were all very nice and I was pleased with everyone and how well I was treated. I picked this place based on the Yelp reviews and because I had a toothache and they were able to schedule me sooner than other places that I called. So far nothing but good experiences. The staff is friendly and I haven't had to spend any more than 5 minutes in the waiting room.
I had gotten a temporary crown here and was told to contact the office if I had any problems. I forgot that I wasn't supposed to chew gum and it came loose. I called that night to let them know and they moved my appointment up to the next day and already had the permanent crown ready to go ahead of schedule.
It's been a little too long since I've been to a dentist so I also had some gum inflammation and needed a deep cleaning. Omar the hygienist is great and answered all my stupid questions without making me feel stupid for asking.read less

Super clean dental areas with modern tech and pain-free dentistry. Seriously. I had a crown prep and fitting done and it was a piece of cake (actually it was the cake that likely caused the cavity that led to the crown but that's another story...)
Dr. Chau (spelling? sorry.) and team were fantastic.

My teeth feel super clean and any work that needs to be done was explained and shown to me. There was no sales pitch or pushiness, it was very informative and professional. The office itself is very clean and all safety precautions are being taken in regards to Covid. I highly recommend this place. If you've been putting it off, just go get your teeth cleaned you'll be happy you did!read less

I had a crack and a hole in a temporary crown done previously at another dental office , so I was an emergency patient - not only did they make time for me - but they treated me as if I was a regular patient. The procedure was painless and the people from the very beginning starting with Hayley and Heather and then of course Erica the dental hygienist and assistant ; and Dr. Hall took such great care of me . I will definitely be going back and I will choose Arizona Biltmore as my primary Dental office !! Thank you so much for your care and professionalism .read less
