The receptionist put me on hold to speak to the dentist who agreed to move his schedule around so he could see me (I'm fairly certain he skipped his lunch so he could treat me). Long story short, I ended up needing a root canal, and like most people have severe dental anxiety. The dentist was fast, gentle, talked me through the whole procedure, and most importantly (to me) made sure that I wouldn't have any discoloration and addressed that issue for me. A few days later, on a Saturday, he called me just to make sure I was doing OK and to see if I was experiencing any yellowing on my tooth. They took full x-rays and physical pictures of my teeth and smile and did a comprehensive check of everything to make sure there were no underlying issues. Carol at the front desk is very pleasant as well and made switching from my old office a breeze! The office staff got me in asap and Dr. J did his evaluation and all went well and I was on my way the next day in comfort. The entire office was so helpful and Dr. J said to call him from my trip location if there was any further problems and he would help me as much as possible. This entire practice / office is the perfect example of patient centered care. They ALL go above and beyond to provide you the best information, service, payment plan and dental care. As a new patient I love that I can fill out all of my new patient paperwork online and that no additional paperwork was needed upon arrival. They take COVID seriously and have the office set up to make people feel safe and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, diverse, and they all communicate well with the patients and with each other. The Dental Hygienist I had was friendly and it felt like we had known each other for a while. I only went for a new patient exam but I could tell I would be returning. The Doctor was very knowledgeable, attentive, and prioritized my needs. I dreaded my appointment today - but could no longer put off the sensitivity- pounding from a cavity I was neglecting. I can’t express my gratitude enough for the dentist / assistant team today... they were calming, quick as they possibly could be and very patient with me. Yes - YOU especially - Alfredo! I like her a lot and hope she is my assistant every time I come in. I also hope Dr. D is my dentist too, he as super fast, almost pain free, interacts very well with his staff and I had a very happy experience with them! Plus they have weekend hours if needed which is when my tooth broke. I would very much recommend them and I don’t like the dentist. But I have had to go a lot in my years and they are the best so far I’ve ever been to. You can take my word for it too cause I have horribly brittle teeth! ????☺️????????❤️read less
