I had a crown prep and fitting done and it was a piece of cake (actually it was the cake that likely caused the cavity that led to the crown but that's another story...)

The Dentist saw me within the same day. Actually within...read moreThe Dentist saw me within the same day. Actually within an hour of calling. I had an infection in my gum and it was VERY painful!! He examined me and took xrays. Then he presented me with two options. The staff presented the cost for each.
The office staff was very kind and helpful.
I am presently Awaiting an email of my x-rays which they will send to me.
All in all I would say it was a good experience.read less

I dreaded my appointment today - but could no longer put off the sensitivity- pounding from a cavity I was neglecting. I can’t express my gratitude enough for the dentist / assistant team today... they were calming, quick as they possibly could be and very patient with me. Yes - YOU especially - Alfredo! I first came here with a coupon to receive a percentage off for Invisalign, or Clear Correct. The coupon worked, but I still had to pay extra for the "retainers" which I did not know about at first.
The staff is super friendly, from the front desk, the doctor, and dental assistant. I've been coming here for the last year and have come in almost every month to get more retainers for my Clear Correct and just got new X-rays and a cleaning last week. Dr. Jeziorski sat down with me after my last visit and asked if I had any questions. It was close to 5, so I'm guessing he was almost ready to head out for the day, but he didn't seem rushed and was eager to answer my questions. Four years ago I had been to another dental office that is in the same building before moving, and decided to check out this place when I moved back. I'm glad I did!read less

I thought I was receiving top-notch customer service at my other dentist, boy was I wrong. Dr. Jeziorski, and staff have a far superior level of customer service unmatched by any dentist I've ever been to. Their office is beautiful, and you feel at home when you go there. That said, the gave all possible options on what would need to be immediately or soon to be done regarding the severity of the situation. The only thing I will say is that they do not have a payment plan but they do use Care Credit if there are funds that are needed. I would recommend them to anyone as they are very friendly and willing to do everything possible to help people out with their teeth.read less
