Founder & Primary Dentist
Dr. Aaron Jeziorski, DMD
Dr. Aaron Jeziorski is an Arizona native and the founder of Phoenix Dental Partners — a growing network of independent private practices across the Phoenix Metro. His vision is straightforward: bring established, community-rooted dental offices together under a shared standard of care, while keeping every practice free from private equity, outside investors, and corporate influence. As the network continues to grow, one principle stays constant — clinical decisions are made by doctors, for patients, with no shareholders to answer to.
Passionate about giving back, Dr. Jeziorski serves as an endowment founder at the Brighterway Dental Clinic for the Homeless in downtown Phoenix. He regularly attends seminars and conferences to stay at the forefront of dental innovation — and is known for giving his personal cell phone number to patients so they always have access to the care they need.
Dr. Jeziorski leads a clinical team that values your oral health over your wallet. His doctors share his vision: exceptional dentistry, five-star service, and zero corporate pressure.

Dr. Nguyen
Originally from Ventura, California, Dr. Nguyen studied physiology at UCLA before earning a master’s degree and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Arizona. She focuses on making each dental visit positive and comfortable.
Dr. Gregory Fuller
A native Arizonan, Dr. Fuller graduated with distinction from Arizona State University and earned his dental degree from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. His areas of interest include cosmetic care, full-mouth rehabilitation, implants, and jawbone preservation.
Dr. Ekaterina Pollard
Dr. Pollard graduated from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, receiving the Head of Class Top Student Award in 2001. She brings more than 20 years of dental experience to the Arizona Biltmore team.
Dr. Rozita Esbah, DMD
Dr. Esbah graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2001 and has practiced in private dental offices ever since. Her gentle, reassuring approach is especially helpful for patients who experience dental anxiety.
Dr. Matthew Rucker
Dr. Rucker was born in Phoenix and served eight years in the United States Marines before pursuing dentistry. He earned a biology degree and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at UNLV.
Dr. Abraham Dabbas
Dr. Dabbas earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale. His clinical experience includes restorative dentistry, root canal therapy, oral surgery, prosthodontics, dental implants, and digital dentistry.
